Returns

Items must be unused, in original condition, with tags/packaging

Some items (e.g. final sale, custom orders, hygiene products) may not be returnable; check product page for details

Refunds & Exchanges

Approved returns will be refunded to the original payment method

Exchanges or store credit are available where applicable

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days for resolution

Return shipping costs may be covered by Chillpaw for faulty/wrong products; otherwise, the customer pays for return shipping

International Returns

International customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was incorrect or defective
