Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders received after 3pm (local time) will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Standard shipping: 3-12 business days 

Expedited/Express shipping: 2-4 business days (additional charge applied at checkout)

International shipping: 7-20 business days; shipping rates calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

Chillpaw ships worldwide. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact our support team.

Order Tracking
All shipped orders include tracking. A confirmation email with tracking number will be sent when your item ships.

Shipping Costs & Duties
Shipping rates are displayed at checkout. International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Delays
Occasional delays due to weather, carriers, or customs may occur outside our control. Chillpaw is not responsible for such delays, but will help track and resolve issues.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at support@chillpaw.com within 7 days of delivery. We will investigate and offer a resolution (replacement, refund, or store credit).

Change of Address
If your shipping address needs to be changed, contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes after order processing.
